1. SHIPPING METHODS
All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate courier DHL and all shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage.
Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
We process and send orders during our service hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays).
